Robert Fahlman

Executive Chairman of the Board

Robert Fahlman is a successful senior executive with over 30 years’ experience in executive leadership, marketing, sales, and operational management in health care services, provider and payer services, health care technology (HCIT), eBusiness/eHealth, CRM and Internet segments.

Mr. Fahlman joined Preferred Homecare in February 2014 as Chief Executive Officer and on July 1, 2018 became the company’s Executive Chairman of the Board. Prior to joining Preferred Homecare, Mr. Fahlman served at Arcadian Health (now Humana) as the Chairman and CEO. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Paradigm Management Services; a healthcare management company focused primarily on case management services for catastrophic injuries, and 7 years at eHealth as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President.

In addition to marketing, sales, and operations, Mr. Fahlman has experience in mergers and acquisitions and investor relations, and holds a BA in Business Administration from Portland State University. Mr. Fahlman serves as a board member with other organizations.

William Keys

Chief Executive Officer

William Keys is a senior executive with extensive experience in healthcare companies. Having been in the healthcare field for over 15 years, he brings deep knowledge of the industry, strategic decision-making and company positioning to the Preferred Homecare team.

At Preferred Homecare, Mr. Keys guides strategic decision-making. Partnering closely with the business units, Mr. Keys provides them the leadership and resources they need to grow earnings and enterprise value. Prior to his CEO role, Mr. Keys was Preferred Homecare’s CFO for three years.

Before joining Preferred Homecare, Mr. Keys was the CFO of Homeland Healthcare where he built an accounting team and financial system from the ground up, resulting in a complete financial turnaround for the company. Mr. Keys also brings with him extensive consulting experience as well as a CPA, CMA and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba.

Kevin Sauer

Chief Information Officer

Kevin Sauer is a well-rounded CIO with over 25 years of global experience in a variety of industries. His diversified background and international experience enable him to better understand the needs of organizations and lead cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes throughout the company.

As technology grows more important in the healthcare field, Mr. Sauer is leading Preferred Homecare’s technological initiatives. He is implementing the strategic vision for Information Technology throughout the organization with the ultimate goal of making a meaningful difference in patient’s lives.

Prior to joining Preferred Homecare, Mr. Sauer served as CIO for LMI Solutions, Merchants Information Solutions and Suntron Corp. Mr. Sauer holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and has certifications in the areas of PMP, ITIL and Six Sigma.

Tony Domenico

Senior Vice President, RT/DME

Tony Domenico has spent over 27 years specifically in the home health care industry, and over 6 of those years with Preferred Homecare | LifeCare Solutions.  As the VP of Respiratory Therapy (RT) and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) lines of business, Tony has led his team through many challenging industry changes. 

Prior to joining Preferred Homecare | LifeCare Solutions, Tony served at Apria Healthcare Group for 17 years in several roles, including Regional Vice President for the Southern California market and National Executive Vice President of Sales.  Tony holds BA in Economics/Accounting from UC Santa Barbara, California and is credentialed as a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”).

Anna Marie Patch

Vice President of Reimbursement

Anna Marie Patch is a successful leader in the healthcare reimbursement industry with over 25 years’ experience. She has extensive knowledge of account receivables, best billing practices, audit processes, federal and state guidelines. She works closely with insurance companies and customers to ensure compliance and billing regulations are met.

Anna Marie joined the Preferred Homecare team in March of 2005. Prior to that time, she served as Director of Revenue Cycle with DJ Orthopedics and Region Reimbursement Manager with Apria Healthcare. Since that time, she has successfully lead our Reimbursement Department through the ever changing world of healthcare reimbursement.

She graduated with a double BA degree in Management and Business Administration from Arizona State University. Anna Marie has enjoyed her time at Preferred Homecare as she works side by side with great leaders and an outstanding organization of people.

David Bachelder

Area Vice President

David Bachelder is a results oriented healthcare executive committed to building patient centric teams in the post-acute healthcare setting. David has over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, managed care and operations in the Respiratory Therapy, Durable Medical Equipment (RT-DME) and Complex Rehab business.

David has been with Preferred Homecare since September 2006 and has held roles as a Region Manager, Region Director and Area Vice President. He currently has oversight of the field operations in Arizona, Colorado and Nevada. This includes both the RT-DME and Complex Rehab lines of business.

Prior to joining Preferred Homecare, David worked for both regional and national RT-DME-Rehab companies. He holds a BA degree in Marketing and General business from Western Michigan University. And, is a RESNA credentialed Assistive Technology Professional and a NRRTS Certified Rehabilitation Technology Supplier. David currently serves at the national level on RESNA’s Professional Standards Complaint Review Committee. He has previously served on the Provider Council for United Healthcare Long Term Care, as an Advisory Board member for Aristocare, a Home Healthcare provider and was past President and Board Member of Arizona Continuity of Care.

Janine Polito

Vice President of Human Resources

Janine Polito has over 25 years of Human Resources experience, of which the last 9 have been in healthcare. At Preferred Homecare, Janine leads our HR operation as well is a key Culture Champion.

Prior to joining Preferred Homecare in February 2017, Janine served in the role of Chief Human Resources Officer for Banner Health and Banner Homecare. She also held the position of Regional HR Director with Gentiva Healthcare, and HR Director with Apria Healthcare.

Janine holds her BA from The State University of New York - Buffalo, and her MBA from Troy State University.

Kelly Landberg

Vice President of Sales

Kelly Landberg is a successful sales leader with over 30 years’ experience in Managed Care sales, payer relations, contracting, sales and operations management and sales planning and administration. She is responsible for the growth, profitability and performance of the company’s business serving health plans, insurance companies and other health care payers.

Prior to joining Preferred Homecare in 2005, Kelly served at Apria Healthcare for 20 years in several roles, including Region VP of Sales for the Southern California Market and VP, Sales Planning and Administration for the Corporate office.

Kyle Enzweiler

Vice President of Finance

Kyle Enzweiler is an accomplished financial leader with nearly 20 years of broad healthcare experience in the payer, acute, ambulatory and home health sectors. His knowledge base includes revenue cycle management, contract underwriting, service/product level pricing, long term capital planning and comprehensive financial governance.

Kyle joined Preferred Homecare in 2015 where his first challenge was to launch a Decision Support department featuring service line and product level profitability. He then integrated the finance department and actively partners with operations to enable data-driven decision making.

Before joining Preferred Homecare, Mr. Enzweiler served in financial management roles at Dignity Health, Aetna (Schaller Anderson) and as a revenue cycle consultant for multiple hospital systems in Arizona. Kyle holds a BS in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a MBA from the Ken Blanchard School of Business at Grand Canyon University.
