Preferred Homecare and CVS Health/Coram have executed a purchase agreement effective March 1, 2018 to acquire certain assets of our Infusion and Enteral business. 

CVS Health/Coram is a Fortune 6 company, is the largest Home Infusion provider in the U.S. and is positioned as a pharmacy innovator. They are excited about the partnership and look forward to building from the very successful platform that is Preferred.  CVS Health/Coram is a great partner for our patients, payors and referral sources.
